AI Delegation Audit

Know exactly what AI can safely do alone in your business.

Everyone says "adopt AI." Nobody tells you which of your tasks to trust it with. The Delegation Audit classifies your real work on a research-backed L0–L5 autonomy scale and hands you a map: what AI runs alone, what you do together, and what stays human.

Methodology aligned with the NIST AI Risk Management Framework and ISO/IEC 42001, built by a security-operations professional and doctoral researcher in AI governance.

The instrument

The L0–L5 autonomy ladder

Every task in your business sits somewhere on this ladder. The level determines how much supervision the AI needs — and how much time you actually get back. Select a level to see what it means.

Tasks that usually live here

How the audit works

Ten minutes of your answers. A map you'll use for a year.

Step 1 — Describe

List your recurring tasks

A guided intake walks you through up to 15 tasks that eat your team's week — invoicing, quoting, scheduling, reporting, customer email. Plain language. No technical knowledge needed.

Step 2 — Classify

Every task gets a level

Each task is scored on the L0–L5 ladder with the reasoning shown — including the risk factors that cap a task lower than the hype says it should be.

Step 3 — Deploy

Get your Delegation Map

A one-page map plus a 90-day roadmap: what to automate first, what needs a human checkpoint, what to leave alone — and the governance checklist to keep it defensible.

When the map says "build this first," we build it: fixed-price pilot builds from $4,500, audit fee credited. Ongoing governance retainers for teams that need quarterly re-audits and a defensible paper trail.

Why trust this audit

The methodology is published. The builds are live.

Practitioner-built instrument

The delegation model draws on published human-AI concordance research and institutional AI-governance frameworks — built by a practitioner with a career in managed security operations and doctoral research in how organizations govern AI.

Governance you can show your lawyer

Checklists and policies aligned with NIST AI RMF and informed by ISO/IEC 42001 — translated into things your team can actually do on a Tuesday.

Built by a builder

The auditor ships software: a live multi-model AI platform hardened to Zero Trust principles, an autonomous trading engine with defense-in-depth controls, and a privacy-first iOS app. The advice is downstream of the doing.

We eat the cooking

This audit platform passes the same OWASP-mapped hardening checklist we recommend to clients. Per-request authentication, rate limiting, least-privilege everywhere.

Questions

Asked often, answered plainly

We're not technical. Is this for us?

Especially for you. The intake is in plain language — "we re-type invoice data into the accounting system" is a perfectly good task description. The whole point of the audit is that you shouldn't need an engineer to know where AI is safe.

Will this just tell us to buy more AI?

No. A real audit caps tasks down as often as it promotes them. If your highest-value move is "do nothing yet" or "fix the process before automating it," the map says so. The credibility of the instrument depends on it.

Is this compliance certification?

No. The governance checklist is aligned with NIST AI RMF and informed by ISO/IEC 42001 — it gives you a defensible starting posture and paper trail. Formal certification is a separate process with accredited bodies, and we'll tell you when you actually need it (most SMBs don't yet).

What happens after the audit?

Whatever you want. Many clients implement the map themselves — it's written so they can. Some book the working session to prioritize. Some have us build the first tool, with the audit fee credited. There's no lock-in by design.

How is my business information handled?

Your intake answers are used to produce your report and are not shared or sold. Authentication is required on every request to the audit engine, access is least-privilege, and we keep only what the report needs.
